But we do not urge you to squander all the savings you put aside for the education of your child or payment of the mortgage. But admit it, you still have some amount put aside for "just in case"? So, take this money and take yourself to the mall. Your task: do not buy what you need, but what you really like. It can be a beautiful candle, a strange brooch, silly yellow pants. Tell yourself that you want to buy whatever you want today - and do it.
Watch TV shows, flip through the news
Watch TV. Yes, we are serious. You were probably so busy that everything not connected with your work and self-development seemed like a waste of time. This is a sure path to neurosis and burnout. Rest your soul, rest your mind, rest your body. Relax and watch TV or a movie you like. Love Now, looking back, ask yourself: how did it happen that you were so strict on yourself that you had to re-learn to take care of yourself and enjoy life? Love yourself.
