We come to this world knowing not what to expect. We are vulnerable, inexperienced and dependent on our parents first. Then we start to grow “learning life” and from life. Lots of people asked the famous question: why do we come to this world crying? And many said that it is because life is difficult.
Life can be really challenging, forcing you to go through many ordeals. Anything can make a hell of your life: your job, your family, the people you thought were your friends, and even your romantic partner.
Stop procrastinating if you need to change your life. Whether you're planning to break up with your partner, stop hanging out with a toxic friend, or quit your current job, it's better to take a step forward as early as possible than doom yourself to pain and suffering.
People always strive to be happy ever since they come into existence. We also try a lot of things (sometimes very risky ones), and all in order to experience and bring harmony, happiness and joy into our lives. This is also something that gives meaning to our lives, something out of which our goals emerge. We want to experience again feelings of love and happiness at any time in any place.
1. Smile, even when you do not fell at all like laughing. Psychologists have proven that mood regulation mechanisms work in both directions. That is, you not only smile when you are in a good mood, but the mood itself improves when your lips stretch out in a smile. Muscular memory and associative thinking have a very strong influence on the psyche. And even a forced and strained smile can normalize the heart rate, relieve stress and cheer you up.
Sometimes it lasts all day. Sometimes two. Sometimes it's such a bad month or a bad year. Sometimes it is because someone broke your heart. Sometimes it’s just because it’s winter and everything is gloomy.
The more they ask me about what to do in a given situation, the more clearly I understand that I seem to have a universal recipe with an answer to almost any question and request. Everything is simple and complicated at the same time.
Learn to appreciate what you have, because there may come the time when you may lose it. Nothing is completely ours and nothing in this world is completely safe. The things you take for granted are someone's wish and in his thoughts and prayers every day and every night.
Remind yourself every day that you need a break, a break from people, things, events.
