Emotional Detox: Cleanse Your Body Of Negative Emotions

Do you regularly cleanse your body of anger and other negative emotions? Just as you take out the trash from your home on a regular basis, you also have to take out the trash that accumulates in your mind every day. ​
Have you ever been surprised how you vented all your anger on someone who looked at you the wrong way, while you didn't do it to someone who did you a really great harm? It is similar to a full glass of a liquid which starts to overflow. It is the consequence of your overflowing glass, the glass of all the negativity you have accumulated and did not get rid of in time.

Do you cleanse your body from bitter emotions coming from the betrayals of your loved ones, abandonment and neglect?

Can you take some time for yourself every day and nurture that hurt child in you, tell him that he has hope and that it is worth fighting for in everyday life? 
Can you escape from the everyday world of stress and noise into another world where you feel love and acceptance of your uniqueness? These are the only moments when you bring life back to normality, when you recharge your empty batteries.

Do you regularly cleanse your body from the feelings that emerged when others hurt you with harsh words, words that have cut into the deepest parts of your being and that resounded in your head when you were alone? Do you cleanse yourself of vain attempts to copy others when you were afraid to show 
the real you, so you spoke and acted in accordance with other people's expectations, although in fact you were very unhappy because you ignored your deepest longings?

​Do you cleanse your life of constant pretending in which you have shown your false face, do you cleanse it of cowardice that did not allow you to realize your true dreams, do you cleanse it of all forms of underestimation and humiliation because you thought you were not valuable enough and others were better than you?
Practice the emotional cleansing every day because once you gather too much negativity and toxicity it will be too late for anything to change. Just as you do not want to neglect the hygiene of your physical body, do not neglect the hygiene of your inner being.
