There is the right melody for every emotional situation. Music which is upbeat usually puts us in a happy and active mood, slower melodies evoke rather calmer, even melancholic moods. Certain songs are linked to special moments throughout our lives.
Music is medicine without side effects
Music has many health benefits. For example, in working with dementia patients.
Scientists claim that music can trigger certain memories. Especially if lyrics are present, people will remember and just sing along.
Music breaks down stress hormones. When you get angry or very anxious, just try to listen to one of your favorite songs, sing along and maybe dance to it. This will bring you in a completely different mood.

Effect of music in dementia patients
People with dementia often remember songs and melodies from their youth, childhood and adolescence, even though other things from that time are already forgotten. This is often stated by music therapists. There were cases of patients who could not walk, but suddenly started to dance. The positive effect usually continues beyond the therapy session: the patients are more alert, responsive and more balanced.

"There is an enormous deficit in the fields of dance, music, design, drawing, sculpture, but also in the mediation of facial expressions and gestures. In deciphering what moves others, these means of expression are invaluable. But in education, it is also about passing on our cultural heritage, which finally makes man a cultured human being.” (Prof. Dr. Wolf Singer, Director at the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research in Frankfurt)

Music for relaxation and stress relief: tune to your frequency
Music is particularly effective when it sounds on the frequency that is our fundamental “tone”, i.e. the our own frequency. Here are three suggestions:
  • NadaBrahma. This is how you instantly align with yourself in just ten minutes. All the energy points on the emotional octave get going. This is how unconscious emotional blockages dissolve automatically and you get into full power.
  • Listen to relaxation music that vibrates on the frequency of your fundamental tone. This helps you, for example, with regeneration of your own body and soul. And gives wonderful energy, if you want to work creatively.
  • Listening to specially composed Binaural Beats relaxation and stress relief music is worthwhile for deep relaxation and for the resolution of deeply rooted inhibiting beliefs. This music should be listened with headphones on, because each ear gets slightly different frequencies, from which a "intermediate tone" is formed in the brain. This music acts directly on your brain frequency and leads into a very deep relaxation mode - similar to a trance.

The key to harmony
Now you may be wondering what you can do if you do not know your key? In this case, choose “G”. This proved to be helpful for most people.
