Every person is programmed in one way or another. Studies show that 96-98% of all human actions and reactions occur automatically.
When and how you wake up, what leg you get up out of the bed, how you wash your face, how you have breakfast, how you go to work, how you communicate with your boss, colleagues and others, how you return home, how you build relationship with your spouses, parents and children - all this is 96-98% is determined by your daily habits.
Remember when a husband or wife calls you and asks you to buy bread on the way home, and you answer: "No problem!" You get in the car, drive home and remember: "Oh, but I forgot to buy bread!" And this is all because 96-98% of all actions and reactions are carried out automatically.
Your autopilot are your habits The way you live your life is largely determined by your daily habits. Most people live their lives on autopilot. The only question is, where does your autopilot lead you to? Habits can be both good and limiting. You need to understand that your habits always lead to some results, either to those that suit you, or those that don't. Most people live their lives unconsciously. Sometimes this life can be compared to the life of robots, when they do the same actions every day, experience the same reactions, do the same work and, most importantly, they achieve the same results over and over again. And for the most part, these are the results that upset them, but due to the fact that the level of awareness in these people is quite low, they do not understand how and where their habits lead them to. How to realize you live on autopilot How do you know what habits you have? To find out just look at your results in life, career, health, relationships. For almost every outcome, there are certain habits behind. And if something does not suit you, think about what habits could lead you to them. Successful people, for the most part, also live on autopilot, but they also have successful habits. Every person on this Earth has only 24 hours a day, and what distinguishes successful people from unsuccessful ones depends on what thoughts they have in their heads, what feelings they experience and what actions they perform.
How many thoughts do you think are running through a person's head during a day? This number is about 50-60 thousand thoughts a day. And they can be both constructive and destructive. Thinking positively or negatively most of the time is also a habit. Many people go through life thinking about what they don't want. Successful people choose how and what they think: they always think about what they want, not about what they don't want. This is also a habit called the habit of thinking positively.
People experience both successes and failures on autopilot. And it all depends on what habits you have formed: promoting or limiting.
