Remind yourself every day that you need a break, a break from people, things, events.
Take that break before life forces you on it because you won’t be able to "cram" things into yourself forever, you’ll have to face the consequences of your choices once and then you’ll realize that there were a lot of the wrong ones, and that you walked the line of least resistance thinking it wouldn’t cost you.
Everything will be charged, we have to pay for everything in life. All the crazy choices you make because you saw others do the same, because you thought it was "trendy" so you didn’t stop to wonder why you were doing it. Take a break from your thoughts, especially the negative ones that you have become so close to, you no longer even notice that they are your enemies. Take a break so you can be a human being again and feel what makes you stronger no matter how hard that choice was.
We need to take a break from all the less valuable things we choose, and realize that others cannot take responsibility for our lives and that there is no point in postponing unresolved issues and problems for some distant future. We need to take a break for ourselves, to look a little at what has gathered at the bottom of our being and to unravel the clusters of unexplained feelings we fall into every day for no reason.
Remind yourself every day that you need a break from people, those who have come too close to you and now use that closeness only as an opportunity to get and take advantage of you. Believe that you will not lose anything in that separation from the world, isolation from people; moreover, you will get an indescribable experience of peace and the knowledge that no one and nothing outside can make you happy or help your life be what you want and deserve.
