The Greatest Freedom Of All
The greatest freedom of all is when you realize you don't have to do anything. You do not have to prove yourself, you do not have to confirm that you are worthy, you do not have to convince others that you are right, that you are not afraid of what anyone will say, that you do not care what anyone will think of you.
Now that you know what pleases you, do it as often as possible. Now that you know how much you can do, don't push yourself beyond those limits. Because no one will ever thank you.
And that "thank you" does not need to be told to you by anyone but you.
When you go to sleep in the evening, close your eyes and thank yourself for loving and caring for yourself and respecting the limits you have recognized. And you will never again be too tired, too unhappy or too overwhelmed by the innumerable obligations that you have imposed on yourself.
"Clearly there is no more running around in life. You can only get fine, slow, moderate… so that you could last longer for yourself and others."
