Too Much Worrying About What People Think Will Only Stop Us From Enjoying The Beauty Of Life

Many problems start in the same way: when we worry too much about what other people think or say about us.
By worrying too much about what people think or say about us, we will never be able to feel that primordial feeling of freedom that is inscribed in every cell of our body, enabling us to experience the whole range of those wonderful feelings that emanate from it. We will never find the right reasons for our happiness because we will always depend on the happiness of others which is not real happiness.
By worrying too much about what other people think about us, we will only increase the inner void, we will desperately want to be loved, and we will be satisfied only with the "crumbs" of someone else's attention thinking that we have satisfied all our needs. On the other hand, we will not have the strength to truly love other human being because our life will be reduced to expectations, prejudices, pretense, deception instead of being what we are.

Too much worrying about what people think will prevent us from searching for the beauty of life in the world around us and it will shut us in our narrow mental worlds, pressing us with things we don’t want to think about, trapping us with habits we don’t want to have, occupying us with insignificances that mean nothing. Instead of living life, we will begin to analyze life, instead of enjoying the world around us, we will begin to observe everything with fear and doubt.
The new beginning is always the same, all you need to do is turn around and leave. Wish people luck, say goodbye and start building your own world. Realize that you are not just a visitor in your own life. But it takes a great deal of courage to get out of that vicious circle that we have voluntarily agreed to and start living a different life. A life in which turns you things that feed your soul, not those that hurt it, and to people who are your inspiration and not a torment.
