True Luxury Is Living Life Your Own Way

True luxury is not a new lipstick, not fancy restaurants and not expensive jewelry. The real luxury is living as you feel comfortable. In comfortable boots. With the color of lipstick that you like, or without any lipstick. To eat the food that you like, to be next to someone with whom it feels cosy and warm, to be together for love, and not out of a sense of duty.
Learn to refuse unnecessary. Distance yourself from what has become obsolete. Worn out. And take care of what you like. My girlfriend’s 5-year-old daughter enjoys her life with her favorite spoon. She can afford the luxury of eating with the spoon she likes. And I began to take my own appliances and utensils with me on picnics, because I do not like to eat from plastic. And I do not care what others think about it.

A luxurious life is not "because you deserve it." It's about the fact that you are worthy of it. Wearing a T-shirt, which is so cozy to sleep in it. Trying out mom’s recipes. Kissing the loved one. Reading interesting books. Watching good films. Listening to good music. Living in a clean apartment. Enjoying the life that you choose for yourself.

And a luxurious life does not mean to be resentful when something goes wrong. Your jeans can tear. Dough may not work out. Friends may not want to watch your favorite movie. The loved one can leave. You may not get promoted at work. Anything can happen. If something doesn’t work out for you, it doesn’t affect your value. This means that just now everything is not going the way you want.
True luxury means having choice. Wear torn tights or buy new ones. Throw away the cake and order sushi or try to bake the cake again. Watch a movie alone or go with friends in a cafe. Let go or fight. Looking for a new job or revising your goals on the old one.

A luxurious life is living by your own rules. Pursue your goals. Do not seek excuses. Do not make excuses for your choices, dreams and interests.
Say: "This is not OK with me."
And say: "I can do it."
