It happened to everyone that someone from our surroundings spoilt our good mood. It can be a colleague, an acquaintance, a passenger on the transport or a loved one at home. Someone who, with their negative energy, blocks yours and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste.
What to do to prevent someone from your surroundings from spoiling your mood?
Next time you meet a person who is in an apathy, irritation or anger, remember these simple steps so as not to fall under their influence:

Learn to distinguish your energy from someone else's
It is important to understand that the energy and mood of others are not yours. Often when we do not have our own energy protection or when our energy level is low, we can take it in from other people.
Stay in your energy field and remember that you should not be affected by the negative energy of others. You need to learn to distinguish between your true feelings and what, in fact, came to you from other people.

Visualize your energy
When you feel your energy and separate it from the energy of another person, imagine a protection around you that is not affected by the negativity. Imagine a shield that protects you from bad mood, anger or irritation.
It may be the light that spreads around you - your aura. When you become aware of the power and protection of your energy, you will be less influenced by someone from the outside.

Identify the source of negativity
Sometimes it’s not even clear from where you adopted the tension and irritation. We are all sources of energy, and it can be transmitted from person to person. You have probably noticed more than once that if someone ruined your mood, you could also transmit it to another person.

Become the one who breaks the chain of negativity.

Identify its source and realize that it was transmitted to you from another person. Let this wave of negative energy end with you, and if you treat other people with empathy and compassion, then it will not go further than you.
Use the “mirror” technique
If, in spite of everything, it is difficult for you to cope with the negative influence of another person, close your eyes and imagine them surrounded by mirrors that reflect their energy on them.
Remember that we always have a choice - to accept negative emotions from another person or to realize where they come from and not let them affect your mood. To cope with the negativity from others, as well as with your own negative feelings, you need to increase your energy level - spend time alone with yourself, listen to your thoughts and feelings, practice meditation and breathing exercises.
