Illness can be a message from the body; sometimes it is produced by an emotional block that warns us that we are going in the wrong direction, and manifests itself in the body by means of symptoms. To live a full life, it is always advisable to learn to listen to what our body and emotions say.
Everyone shapes their experiences by filtering their thoughts. It is precisely from thoughts that emotions are born; they tend to be positive when we analyze information correctly and negative when we formulate our thoughts incorrectly. The latter create emotional blocks in us that turn into psycho-physical illness.
The real revolution begins within us. Tell me what hurts you and I'll tell you what you need to express Our body is wise and speaks to us, which is why we must learn to listen to what it wants to say, and then discover the circumstances that cause us to feel unwell. Depending on where in the body the signal occurs, there is an emotional explanation. Some medical studies have confirmed that we can prevent or heal a problem if we identify the situation or feelings that block us emotionally. Neck pain represents what we dare not say, ankle pain the urge to move forward or the resistance we show when we have to accept a reality. Gastric problems speak of coexistence and the inability to "digest" situations. Another part of the body that receives many of our emotions is the back. According to experts, lower back disorders usually reflect economic worries or a feeling of lack of support. Discomfort in the upper back indicates that we are loaded with burdens that are imposed on us. Thigh pains are related to what others expect of us. The knees, on the other hand, are associated with pride. If it is the forehead that hurts, it means that there is something wrong with the way we face the world. Heart problems are related to basic emotional problems related to primary affects. The words we don't say turn into frustration. Resentment and physical illness Our life is nothing but the reflection of our mental state: if there is peace, harmony and balance in the mind, then our life is also harmonious, peaceful and balanced. If, on the other hand, it is the inadequate, negative and vindictive thoughts that dominate us, our life will be chaotic, and this imbalance will cause physical diseases to arise. Resentment is a feeling that, if left to stagnate, worsens and can produce resentment. These sensations can cause small nuisances, but also deep discomforts that can hinder or prevent relationships with the person who has offended us. Feeling resentment physically alters our immune system, which makes us much more vulnerable to common diseases, such as fever or herpes.
Chronic anger or resentment are considered a risk factor for heart disease. Carsten Wrosch, from the University of Concordia (Canada), conducted a study in which she analyzed the relationship between resentment and quality of life.
When this emotion persists for too long, it prepares the ground for biological instability models, a physiological impediment that affects the metabolism, the immune system and the functions of organs and physical diseases. When we think of one thing and say another, we feel one thing and do another, we are not consistent with ourselves for fear of rejection , abandonment, criticism, judgments and, in this way, only emotional imbalances arise that make us sick. We have to be able to express things.
