If you feel bad for living with a person - don’t live with that person. If business partners treat you badly - change your job. If a suit fits you poorly - give it to the one whom it fits perfectly. If you sleep badly - take care of your state of mind. If you feel bad - try to heal yourself.
Usually when a person does not like their job, they complain: “Do you know how much they pay me ?!” I know. And I don’t understand what you are doing there. In my opinion, everything is simple: if you do not like it - find another job. And so is with everything else in life.

If you sleep badly - take care of your state of mind. If you feel bad - try to heal yourself. If It is bad for you to live in the country - leave. Just do it, do not waste your energy on complaining. And if you do nothing and do not change anything, then you are well. Be honest with yourself - you feel good. You feel good whining and complaining. You want to suffer. You want to be a victim. You want somebody to feel sorry for you and help you. It's good to do nothing with your life. To sit calmly. Behave predictably. This is your comfort zone. Being in such a state of life is your comfort zone. This makes sense in everything. If you are not a victim, then who are you? If you don’t complain, what will you do? After all, you have to do it. If you remove this meaning "It’s unbearably difficult for me, but I bear my cross," then what remains? Where do you go without a cross? How will you even live without it?
If you feel reluctant to make a decision, it is also a decision. If you do not change - this is also a choice. If you make such a choice, stay with it, recognize it, receive "bonuses", enjoy it. But do not expect it from other people. They is not required to play your games.
Admit: you are exactly where you want to be. That is the truth.
