How much time do we spend thinking about a negative outcome, or something bad that could happen to us? Certainly most of us do this very often.
Worrying - it's not just harmless thinking, it's your own thoughts killing you. Imagine a boxer entering the ring and thinking about how he will lose, although his experience has shown him times and times again that he has all the predispositions to win. The boxer can do only one thing - leave the ring and bring the decision to suffer defeat.
Concerns and worries are a war against common sense because they convince us of something we have already experienced and know that there is such a small chance that it will happen, but again and again we turn the same scenario in our heads because we don’t trust our common sense. Worrying is a war against our feelings because it awakens the worst in us, and allows it to slowly destroy us, and at the same time we destroy those people close around, who instead of getting the best from us, get the worst.
Anxiety and worry is a war against our future because everything we want to be, have and experience is interrupted at the very beginning as a possibility. Anxiety feels like shackles on our dreams, the chain with which we first bind them and then crush them and believe that nothing could ever come out of them. Worry and anxiety are a war against our freedom. Instead of enjoying life by making decisions based on what our heart tells us, we make decisions based on what our fears tell us.
It is necessary to outgrow our fears, to show that we are more mature and stronger than them, to show that the strength we have in us is not to ruin our life, but to use it to the maximum, to rebuild our life. That is why the only thing we need to fight against is worry and anxiety, and that is by believing in a better future. Every day choose positive thoughts consciously and freely and use them to maintain your enthusiasm and energy. Be stronger than your fears and enjoy your life.
